Power Prenatal Yoga @ The Pad Studios

This power hour of yoga will be specifically designed for the pregnant mom looking to connect with breath and body, fostering physical well-being and mental peace during her pregnancy. Classes will be tailored to meet the needs of an expecting mother. The practice will help your baby grow with the devotion, protection and nourishment of yoga along the way.

 

New Moms Movement & Learning @ Practice SF

Thursday 10:30a starting April 26th

Spend the morning bonding with your newborn in this movement & learning 6 week series. We'll begin with 20 minutes of mom & baby yoga to get you geared up for you day. Each week after our movement we will have a different guest speaker come in and talk about relevant topics such as lactation, postpartum care, sleep training and so much more. After our learning session a light lunch will be served followed by a new mom circle.

Not cleared for exercise? Not to worry, I will offer some light stretching and or meditation suited for your postpartum stage. 

This class is suitable for babies 6 months and younger. 

 

Yoga Happy Hour @ The Pad Studios

Join me Fridays 4:45pm for Yoga Happy Hour! Flow through a powerful practice set to upbeat music to get out of your week and into your weekend regardless if you’re headed out for the night or cozying up at home. The first Friday of each month we will partner with a local business to offer healthy snacks and treats

Get your weekend started with an invigorating all levels vinyasa flow. This class will focus on linking movement and breathe smoothly from one pose to another.
